These are the terms for using draind.co.uk. Using the site means you accept them.
What this site is
Draind puts people who need drainage work in touch with drainage companies who cover their area. That is all it does.
We are not a drainage company. We do not carry out drainage work, we do not attend properties, and we do not give quotes.
Who your contract is with
If you hire a company through this site, the agreement is between you and that company. We are not part of it.
That means the price, the work, the guarantee, the insurance and anything that goes wrong are matters between you and them.
What we do not promise
- That a company will contact you. We pass the enquiry on. We cannot make anybody ring you.
- That you will be quoted a particular price. Prices are set by the company doing the work.
- That any company is suitable for your job. Check their qualifications, insurance and references yourself before you let anyone start.
- That the site is available at all times. It may be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Using the information on the site
The guidance here is general. Drains differ, properties differ, and what is true of most is not true of all. Do not treat anything on this site as a substitute for someone looking at your actual drain.
The content itself
The words, layout and images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read them, link to them and quote a short passage with a credit. You may not copy the site or republish it as your own.
